Returns

At PawPawBuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (like food) or opened items due to hygiene concerns.
  • Process: To make a return, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for refund or replacement.
